Order approval & delivery

Payment is collected at checkout. Approved Halloween orders ship by October 20, 2026 from Medina, Washington. We aim for arrival by Halloween and confirm destination-specific timing during order approval. Arrival is not guaranteed before approval. Unapproved orders receive a full refund. Free Medina pickup is available; shipping and applicable tax are calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates. For mailed gifts, enter the recipient’s shipping address; each order uses one delivery method and address.

Ordering closes October 12, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific, or when this limited run sells out. The campaign needs 10 paid kits in total. If that minimum is not reached, kit payments will be refunded in full by October 14. We never convert a kit payment into a donation without permission.

What your purchase supports

Proceeds after goods, packaging, shipping and payment costs support Families Helping Families' 2026 Holiday Joy Drive for local meals and gifts.

The assembled basket image is an AI-generated mockup. Additional gallery photos show the real retail products; supplier multipacks and assorted shades are reference photos only. Your basket includes the quantities in the contents list above, not every item shown in a supplier multipack. AI-generated mockups feature real products selected for our baskets. Actual packaging, colors, and arrangement may vary; see the contents list for your order. Gift packaging and a Boo card are included. A material product substitution requires your approval or a refund option.

Request cancellation or address corrections through October 12 by emailing info@familieshelpingfamiliesgive.com with your order number. If we cannot supply your kit, you may receive a full refund.
